When someone wants a Bentley at midnight, your agent should answer. Not your concierge.
Luxury car rentals in Dubai, Germany and Switzerland lose half their inquiries after hours. We build agents that qualify the vehicle, the timeframe and the payment method before you read your first message in the morning.
In short
An AI concierge for luxury car rental is a multilingual digital agent that handles incoming inquiries across WhatsApp, web chat, voice and email. It qualifies the vehicle, the timeframe and the payment method automatically, books the reservation directly into the operator's system, and escalates only VIP or unusual cases to the human team.

An agent that knows your fleet. At 2am.
The Concierge Agent responds across WhatsApp, web chat and email in five languages. It knows your fleet, your availability, your pricing and your deposit rules. It books directly, or escalates to your on-call manager for VIP clients and special requests.
- 01Live fleet sync with your reservation system (in-house or API-based)
- 02Driver licence verification and document upload inside the chat
- 03Deposit authorization via Stripe or your payment processor
- 04Escalation to on-call manager for client value above €10,000 or event bookings
- 05Chauffeur add-on proactively offered when the agent detects travel intent
- 06Five languages from day one: German, English, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin

01How do you connect to our reservation system?+
We have standard integrations for the major European rental suites. For proprietary systems we build the connector as part of setup. Minimum requirement: an API that can read availability and write bookings.
02What happens when a client books outside business hours?+
The agent qualifies the inquiry, checks availability, collects documents and provisionally reserves the vehicle. Your on-call manager gets a push notification only for VIP requests or anything unclear. Everything else is ready on your desk in the morning.
03Can the agent handle lawyers, concierges and assistants booking on behalf?+
Yes. The agent recognizes when someone books on behalf and adapts tone and questions. Actual identity verification runs through your standard process. The agent only collects what it needs.
04How fast can we go live?+
Four weeks from kickoff to go-live for the Concierge Agent. We start with two weeks of Diagnostic Audit to measure where you actually lose inquiries. Then build and phased rollout.
05How do you handle VIP data?+
All data sits on GDPR-compliant infrastructure, optionally in UAE region. No third-party sharing, no training data usage. Client records are deleted after the statutory retention period.
06Are you based in Dubai?+
Yes. The founder is in Dubai (Meydan) from February through June 2026, visiting operators in person across Al Quoz, Marina, Business Bay and Downtown. A Dubai phone number (+971 52 710 8799) is active. From July onwards we operate from Germany with quarterly four-week Dubai sprints.
07How does the agent handle Arabic-speaking customers?+
The agent responds in Arabic from day one, with tone and politeness levels matched to the operator's brand. When needed it escalates to an Arabic-speaking team member. Russian and Mandarin are also standard, covering the typical HNW client mix in Dubai.
08What does it cost, and is there a cancel clause?+
Concierge: AED 5,500 per month plus AED 15,000 one-time setup. For the first three Dubai luxury car rental operators to sign: 50% off setup (AED 7,500) plus a 30-day cancel window from go-live. You can cancel any day in the first 30 and pay only for the days you actually used; unused balance of any prepaid month is refunded. Setup is not refunded. From operator four onwards: full price, standard terms.

Twenty minutes. No pitch deck. Just questions and honest answers.
We listen to where you lose inquiries and tell you whether an agent really changes that. If not, we recommend a different approach. No contract pressure, no follow-up obligation.
