When the VIP messages from the Burj Al Arab at 02:14, an agent answers. Not your voicemail.
Luxury car rentals in Dubai lose more than half their inquiries between 10pm and 9am. We build a multilingual AI concierge that qualifies the vehicle, the timeframe and the payment method before you open the showroom in the morning.
In short
An AI concierge for luxury car rental in Dubai is a multilingual digital agent that handles incoming inquiries across WhatsApp, web and email in English, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin and German. It qualifies the vehicle, the timeframe and the payment method automatically, books directly into the operator's system, and escalates only VIP or unusual cases to the human team.

What works for a Dubai-tied furniture brand applies to your fleet.

01Are you actually based in Dubai?+
Yes. The founder is in Dubai (Meydan) from February through June 2026, visiting operators in person. Dubai phone: +971 52 710 8799. From July onwards we operate remotely from Germany with quarterly four-week Dubai sprints for in-person operator reviews.
02How does the agent handle Arabic-speaking customers?+
The agent responds in modern standard Arabic with tone and politeness levels matched to the operator's brand. When needed it escalates to an Arabic-speaking team member of yours. Russian and Mandarin are standard as well.
03Do you integrate with RTA systems, Salik or Dubai-specific tools?+
Standard integrations for the common Dubai rental reservation suites are part of setup. For proprietary systems we build the connector. Salik status, RTA-compliant bookings and VAT-correct receipt routing are in the standard package.
04What happens if the agent does not work for us in month one?+
For the first three Dubai operators, a 30-day full refund guarantee applies, no questions asked: the €1,000 setup plus first-month €800 subscription are refunded in full if you are not satisfied within 30 days of go-live. No conditions, no requirement to explain. You take effectively zero financial risk.
05What data leaves the UAE?+
If you require it, none. We host in UAE region (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) on AWS Middle East or G42 Cloud, your choice. No training data usage, no third-party sharing.
06How fast can we go live?+
Four weeks from kickoff to go-live for the Concierge Agent, with a two-week Diagnostic Audit beforehand. Founding-cohort operators get priority build slots in May 2026.
